Fidel Castro, had been top of Cuba, gave interview and showed some recovered himself on TV. In the interview he appearantly looks much better, but after all he didn't refer to his return on govern Cuba.
He said only that he is going to continue to write his article on the Cuban press.
Incidentally, he handed over power to his brother.
