Between Israel and Palestine

On thursday, at least two Israelis' injury were comfirmed.
It's by rockets fired by Parlestinian group, as its revange,Israel hits some strips connected to the Hamas with a reason that an F-16 fighter jet "devimated" the Executive Force building in central Gaza City, area of the Hamas.
At least four Parestian lives were lost, 32 people were injured.
According to spokeswoman of the Israeli prime minister said that Israel restrained himself to attack for some long. but now, they should protect their people from the groups of terrolism and being back up them like the Hamas.
But a Al Jazeera's correspondent said that the Hamas isn't always responsible, and that Israel cannot bear for no doing.
Or the Palestinian infomation minister said that Israel could stop this spiral by offering cease-fire.
Also in Parestine, its president Mahmoud Abbas stopped to go Gaza with the bombing news. He has tried to persuaid out of attack or violence between the Hamas and the Fatah, but some of them also swaid within hours from when violence first flared on Sunday.


[My question]
1. In looking at these news, I began to think there's no political voice of citizen from Parestine. Why?
